    Cha Nay Soe

    Paralegal

     

    My name is Cha Nay Soe, and I live in Hlaingbwe Township, Kayin State. I am a graduate of Myanmar Union Adventist Seminary (MUAS), where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Education with a minor in Applied Arts.

    I have three years of experience working with local NGOs in the Hlaingbwe area. Currently, I serve as a paralegal at the Braveheart Foundation.

    Nang Htoi San

    Finance Officer

     

    I am a finance officer with over 5 years of experience in NGO and private sector accounting. Skilled in financial reporting, budget monitoring, cash and bank management, and donor compliance. I have experience in audit support, internal controls, and financial documentation. I am a responsible and detail-oriented team player committed to transparency and effective financial management.

    Joining BRAVEHEART Foundation is a privilege, and I extend my sincere appreciation to the management and staff for their warm welcome and confidence in me.
    My professional journey has been shaped by years of experience in GBV case management, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), training facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across humanitarian and community development settings.
    I hold a B.A. (Philosophy) from West Yangon University, a Mini-MBA from the Myanmar Management Institute (MMI), and a B.Th. (Bachelor of Theology) from the Myanmar School of Bible and Mission.
    I am proud to be a member of this remarkable organization and look forward to contributing to its mission of strengthening accountability and safeguarding for communities in Kayin State. I began this role in March 2026 as the AAP & PSEA sub-national focal for the South East Region, based in Hpa-An.
