My name is Khin Cho Linn. I am a humanitarian and development professional with experience in PSEA, safeguarding, protection, Gender Equality and Disability Inclusion, GBV, MHPSS, community engagement, and humanitarian response. I hold a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Community Health.
Throughout my career, I worked with humanitarian and development organizations supporting communities affected by disasters, and other vulnerabilities. My experience includes mainstreaming gender equality, disability inclusion, protection, and safeguarding across programmes, as well as providing technical support, coaching, mentoring, and capacity building to staff, volunteers, CSOs, and implementing partners.
I am pleased to contribute to Braveheart Foundation as a PSEA Focal and look forward to supporting a safe, respectful, inclusive, protection environment for communities, staff, volunteers, and partners.
I am Paing Zay Yan Win, a public health professional. I also completed a Master of Public Administration degree and have a strong interest in humanitarian and development sectors. I have much experience in nonprofit organizations and am enthusiastic about contributing AAP to the organization’s vision and mission of “rising a new era” for the community.
So, I am grateful to be a member of the Braveheart Foundation team and I began the role of AAP National focal in September 2026 at the Yangon Head Office.
I am Yamin Phyo, Some people call me Yamin, while others call me Phyo. So, please feel free to call me whichever you prefer. I am currently working as a Finance Officer at the Braveheart Foundation. I have working experience with the Finance, Admin & HR Officer role at NGO over 5 years. I am a friendly, dedicated, and responsible finance professional with experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. I enjoy working with people, learning new things, and taking on new challenges. I am a positive and hardworking person who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
I am Mya Win Cho Mar, a Human Resources and Administration professional with over 18 years of professional experience across the development, humanitarian, peace process, and private sectors in Myanmar. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise in human resources management, administration, office management, finance, program support, safeguarding, and organizational operations. I spent approximately over nine years at Taw Win Family Co., Ltd and Taw Win Garden Hotel as Deputy Assistant Manager in the private sector and two years with CARE International Myanmar as a Finance Officer and Program Support Officer, followed by around over four years with the Joint Ceasefire Monitoring Committee (JMC-TSC – Union Level), where I served as a Senior Human Resource Officer and Acting Head of Department, supporting HR and organizational functions within the peace process sector. I also worked with Humanity & Inclusion (HI) for about four years as a Human Resources Officer and Safeguarding Focal Person, gaining valuable experience in HR operations, employee support, safeguarding, and organizational compliance. Currently, I serve as a Human Resource Manager at Braveheart Foundation in Yangon, where I contribute to effective people management, HR systems, organizational development, and employee engagement. I hold a Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M) from National Management College under Yangon University of Economics, am currently completing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) thesis, and hold a Mini MBA Foundation Diploma from Lincoln University with Grade A (Merit) as well as a Diploma in Human Resources Management from ICM, UK.
My name is Ei May Hlaing. I am currently studying ACCA Part 2 and have a strong passion for accounting and finance. I have over three years of experience in the INGO/NGO finance sector. I am grateful to be part of the Braveheart Foundation team and am committed to contributing to the organization’s mission of making our community a better place.
My name is Tint Tint Tun. I hold a Diploma in Social Sciences and have over four years of experience working in NGO and community development programs. I have experience in data collection, beneficiary registration, monitoring, reporting, and community engagement. I am excited to contribute to the mission of Braveheart Foundation as a MEAL Assistant.
I successfully completed my Agriculture Diploma in 2019. After graduation, I started working with a local organization and took major responsibilities in livelihood projects for over six years.
Currently, I am working as a Program Support Assistant at Braveheart Foundation, where I provide program support, coordination, and assistance in the effective implementation of organizational activities and projects.
My name is Cha Nay Soe, and I live in Hlaingbwe Township, Kayin State. I am a graduate of Myanmar Union Adventist Seminary (MUAS), where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Education with a minor in Applied Arts.
I have three years of experience working with local NGOs in the Hlaingbwe area. Currently, I serve as a paralegal at the Braveheart Foundation.
I am a finance officer with over 5 years of experience in NGO and private sector accounting. Skilled in financial reporting, budget monitoring, cash and bank management, and donor compliance. I have experience in audit support, internal controls, and financial documentation. I am a responsible and detail-oriented team player committed to transparency and effective financial management.

My professional journey has been shaped by years of experience in GBV case management, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), training facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across humanitarian and community development settings.
I hold a B.A. (Philosophy) from West Yangon University, a Mini-MBA from the Myanmar Management Institute (MMI), and a B.Th. (Bachelor of Theology) from the Myanmar School of Bible and Mission.
I am proud to be a member of this remarkable organization and look forward to contributing to its mission of strengthening accountability and safeguarding for communities in Kayin State. I began this role in March 2026 as the AAP & PSEA sub-national focal for the South East Region, based in Hpa-An.
