PSEA Training of Trainers Successfully Held in Kalaw

From September 17 to 19, Braveheart Foundation successfully organized a three-day PSEA Training of Trainers (ToT) in Kalaw. The training brought together participants from 12 partner organizations working alongside Braveheart in the PSEA project.

The TOT was designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the fundamental principles of PSEA, prevention of SEA, organizational responsibilities, response mechanisms, and accountability. Through detailed presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants enhanced their knowledge and skills to effectively address SEA issues.

By the end of the training, participants were equipped not only to strengthen PSEA practices within their own organizations but also to deliver training sessions to their local communities, expanding PSEA awareness and knowledge at the grassroots level. This ripple effect is expected to contribute to the development of local PSEA networks in their respective areas.

The training also included team-building activities and sight-seeing visits, which fostered stronger collaboration and closer relationships among partner organizations.

Moving forward, Braveheart Foundation remains committed to advancing PSEA initiatives working hand in hand with local communities and vulnerable populations to prevent SEA and ensure a safer, more secure life for all.
