Kalaw Project Review Workshop: we learned, connected, and recharged together!!!

To strengthen our commitment to accountability, learning, and continuous improvement, Braveheart Foundation successfully held a two-day Review Workshop from June 28–29, 2025, in Kalaw. The event was an opportunity to pause, reflect, and plan ahead with team members from both the field and head office.

Day 1 – Field Team Reflection
The first day brought together our Field Coordinators, who play a vital role in implementing our programs on the ground. Through interactive sessions, participants reviewed project progress, analyzed community feedback, and identified what worked well and what could be improved. The day concluded with powerful lessons learned and shared recommendations for stronger future programming.

Day 2 – Head Office Engagement
The second day focused on our Head Office staffs. Each department presented their achievements and challenges, followed by a cross-departmental SWOT analysis and team-building activities. The workshop ended with concrete action points and a shared commitment to enhance program quality and impact.

To promote mental well-being and release stress, we also organized light-hearted activities such as sightseeing around Kalaw and a warm group dinner, allowing staff to reconnect, recharge, and enjoy time together. These moments not only supported MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) but also strengthened team spirit.

We welcome your feedback and ideas on how we can keep growing as a responsive and accountable organization. Let’s continue building meaningful change together.
