Braveheart Foundation has officially begun its emergency response operations to support communities affected by the recent earthquake in Myanmar.
On April 23rd, our team personally traveled to Oktwin Township in Bago Region, marking the first town reached as part of our earthquake relief efforts.
We provided essential aid supplies to 449 earthquake-affected households across 28 villages/wards in Oktwin. Each household received the following 10 essential items:
- 3 Blankets
- 3 Mosquito nets
- 3 Sleeping mats
- 1 Ten-liter water container
- 14-liter water container
- 1 Tarpaulin sheet
- 1 Bundle of rope
- 1 Full kitchen utensil set
- 1 Personal hygiene kit
- 1 Solar lamp
Our Braveheart Foundation team ensured that the aid was delivered directly and personally to those in urgent need. We will continue this relief initiative in Yedashe Township, also in Bago Region, in the coming days.
