Development of Ethnic Youths (ESL Users Friendly)
Myanmar is a diverse country with 135 ethnic groups. Even though there are differences in languages, traditions, and cultures across different regions, all ethnic groups have lived together with respect and unity. We have worked together to protect and preserve the unique traditions and heritage of each ethnic group.
Improving living standards often goes hand in hand with cultural progress. To achieve better living conditions and a higher quality of life, it’s important for ethnic communities in each region to focus on gaining access to knowledge, skills, and vocational training. To make sure ethnic youth can learn these important skills, different organizations are working together to create opportunities in their communities.
Since 2019, Braveheart has been spreading awareness in Kengtung, Eastern Shan State, to support the growth and well-being of ethnic communities. We are committed to continuing our work to help ethnic youth gain the knowledge, skills, and vocational training they need to grow and succeed.
In the same spirit, we encourage everyone in our ethnic communities to unite and do whatever we can to support the development of our youth.
