Each passing decade brings new challenges and harder economic conditions, reaching the age of 100 has become a rarity. Now more than ever, we must prioritize the care and support of our elderly and those who require special assistance.
The picture here shows a lovely grandmother in Hlaingtharyar Township who is over 100 years old! We have had the privilege of witnessing her daily struggles and successes, learning the needs of someone her age, ranging from physical health to emotional wellness. With her best interests at heart, our Braveheart Foundation has collaborated with the Department of Social Welfare to provide her the necessary social support and quality of life she deserves, so that she has not only achieved this milestone, but continues to thrive. We wish her many more years of health, happiness, and peace.
