Building teamwork – Growing together
Braveheart team made an outdoor trip last week to relax and escape from tiring work space among several challenges. Members from Head Office and Hlaingtharyar joined the trip. New recruits for Htantabin project also participated along with two members from Kengtung who came to Yangon on exchange visit.
The trip was intended to enhance teamwork spirit among members by strengthening relationship with each other. Organization’s vision and mission were shared to sensitize among old and new staff members. Afterwards, structured games were played to get to know each other and exchange their field experiences.
Relaxing environment at Sandayaw resort was a great opportunity as everyone enjoyed the water slides and drinks. We all become on the same page and will work together and move forward.
